The 75-year-old People's Artist of the RSFSR became ill on November 10. His blood pressure dropped sharply and he lost consciousness. Doctors arrived at his apartment in Khamovniki and urgently took the man to the hospital. He is now undergoing the necessary examinations and therapy.
Yuri Alexandrovich already suffered from a similar problem in 2019. According to Mash, he then woke up in the middle of the night, stood up, lost consciousness, fell and hit his head. Result: concussion, head injury, bruises of the face and knee joints. He was hospitalized in moderate condition.
Sudden surges in blood pressure may be associated with the consequences of oncological operations. Also, about three years ago, the artist suffered from pain in the facial part of his head. Then doctors diagnosed him with trigeminal neuralgia.
