Firefighters announced an extraordinary state of alarm, which allows units from all over the country to be used in firefighting operations. The fire broke out in Rynartice, part of the Jetrichovice commune in the park. There is a no-fly zone in the vicinity of the fire. Drones and other unmanned aerial vehicles are prohibited from flying over the action site.
The fire is spreading underground
According to firefighters, trees and their crowns are on fire, as well as forest litter. The fire is spreading underground, so there are several fire spots in the affected area. In the evening, the fire brigade announced that the fire was under control in two of them.

The authorities of the Czech capital have already introduced a ban on lighting fires.
