Oana Rădulea, the wife of the businessman Ion Rădulea and the one who took over the management of his affairs, convened the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturer Semănatorea SA, whose activity was suspended in February 2016, with the aim of resuming the activity from the end of May this year, according to the documents analyzed by Profit.ro. The resumption of production of agricultural machinery is not considered.
