People are being evacuated from the Okhotny Ryad shopping center near Red Square in Moscow. According to Mash, a car caught fire in the underground parking lot (-3rd floor). More than 150 firefighters arrived at the scene.
UPD. A short circuit occurred under the hood of the Mitsubishi Galant without subsequent combustion. There were no casualties.
