Russia launched a new attack on civil and infrastructure targets in Ukraine on Friday, near the river border with Romania, the Ministry of Defense announced this morning.
Residents of the north of Tulcea county received an RO-Alert message at 3:36 a.m., after the Romanian Army detected a group of 9 drones heading towards Ukraine's airspace.
“Surveillance systems did not detect radar signals in the national airspace. Explosions were reported on the Ukrainian bank of the Danube, in the Izmail and Kilia areas. The air alert ended at 4:03 a.m.,” MApN said.
