Search for 150-kilogram escaped pig in Rostov region
In the village of Gornyatsky, an active search has begun for a pig named Julia weighing about 150 kilograms. Its owner is very worried that the pet may be caught and used for meat.
The story of their friendship began a year ago, when a Russian acquired a two-month-old half-wild piglet. Since then, Julia has grown noticeably and become quite large. The owner notes that his pet has a freedom-loving character: she often went for walks, but returned.
A week ago the pig escaped again. But this time she did not return.
