The mayor's office told how many illegal advertising signs have been removed since the beginning of the year

Since the beginning of 2026, the Krasnoyarsk Department of Architecture has found 129 illegal advertising structures: 67 billboards, 61 banners on facades and one sign on a fence.

Such objects not only violate the law, but can also be dangerous for people – they were installed without taking into account safety requirements.

“The administration is waging an intensified fight against them. The only difficulty is that we are limited by the terms of federal law. After identifying an illegal advertising structure, the owner is given 30 days to dismantle it. After this period, we will demolish the object forcibly. Therefore, we urge entrepreneurs to be conscientious about advertising their goods and services and not to distribute them on illegal advertising structures,” said Yulia Solovarova, head of the architecture department and chief architect of the city.

Businessmen obtain legal places for advertising through tenders; all conditions are specified in the contract.

Since the beginning of the year, the Roads and Improvement Department has already dismantled 111 illegal billboards.
