In 2025, the JSW Group had a consolidated net loss of PLN 6.25 billion and an EBITDA loss of PLN 4.99 billion, the company announced in its annual report. A year ago, the company had a net loss of PLN 7.28 billion and an EBITDA loss of PLN 6.5 billion. The results are consistent with previous estimates.

The results were influenced by the recognition of an impairment loss on non-financial fixed assets in the total amount of PLN 3.17 billion.
The EBITDA loss excluding one-off events amounted to nearly PLN 1.7 billion in 2025, compared to PLN 396 million of profit a year earlier.
Revenues amounted to PLN 9.41 billion compared to PLN 11.33 billion in 2024.
“The results achieved by the JSW capital group reflect the difficult market environment, directly related to the decline in raw material prices and cost pressure,” wrote Bogusław Oleksy, acting president of JSW, in a letter to shareholders.
As stated in the press release, the company continues to make investments necessary for its operation and further development.
In 2025, investment expenses in cash terms in the JSW group reached PLN 3.44 billion and were 17.5% lower. year to year. These were mainly expenses for mining excavations, mechanical coal processing plants, transport equipment, purchase and modernization of mechanized supports and modernization of coke oven battery No. 4 in Koksownia Przyjaźń.
