The Verkhovna Rada adopted draft law No. 11493, which significantly changes the regulation of the pharmaceutical market. The American Chamber of Commerce warns that:

⚠️The threat to the stability of the health care system due to the lack of proper assessment of the consequences of the proposed changes and their impact on the availability of medicines for patients.
