EY announces management changes. Jacek Kędzior takes up a new position

The reorganization is part of global changes at EY, in which the company has divided its operations into 10 regions. EY Europe Central covers 33 countries in Europe and Central Asia and is the fifth largest EY region in the world. Poland is to play an increasingly important role in it.
— Europe Central is the fifth largest EY region in the world, distinguished not only by its extensive area, but also by its strategic importance. In recent years, it has been most often talked about in a geopolitical context, but its economic importance cannot be forgotten. Geographically, Poland occupies a central place in this region and I believe that it has a chance to play an increasingly important role in it in business terms, emphasizes Jacek Kędzior.
Jacek Kędzior has been managing EY Polska since 2014. Previously, he was responsible for, among others: for the region of Central and Southeastern Europe, and in recent years for the area covering 29 countries in Europe and Central Asia (EY CESA). In his new role, he will be responsible for the integration and development of EY activities in the entire Europe Central region.
The new Managing Partner of EY Polska will be Mateusz Pociask, current leader of tax and legal consulting and deputy Managing Partner in Poland. He has been associated with EY since 2000, and since 2018 he has managed a team of over 900 tax and legal experts. From 2025, he is also responsible for the so-called North Business Unit, covering Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic countries.
The changes will enter into force on July 1, 2026 and are the next stage of adapting the EY structure to the challenges of the global consulting market.
