In the Krasnoyarsk Territory they want to create a unified digital service for SVO participants

April 27 11:09
Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov ordered the development of a unified digital service for participants in a special military operation. The platform will work in a proactive mode so that all necessary support measures can be issued quickly and in one place.
Currently, the region has about seventy different support measures for fighters and their families. To obtain them, you have to contact different structures. The new service is designed to solve this problem.
They plan to involve the veterans themselves – participants in the Siberian Character project – in the development.
As Oksana Larionova, head of the regional branch of the Popular Front in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, noted, it is important that the opinion and participation of the citizens themselves become key when creating such digital services. Veterans will be able to make the service understandable, convenient and meeting their real needs.
