Anders Breivik changed his identity for the second time. That's what it's called now

Last year, Anders Breivik changed his identity to Far Skaldigrimmr Rauskjoldr av Northriki. Now he has decided on a much simpler combination, which consists of the most popular name and surname in Norway – Jan Johansen.
There are about 600 people in this country with this name and surname. Breivik's new identity has been officially approved in the National Register.
The massacre on Utoya island. Anders Breivik killed 77 people
On July 22, 2011, Anders Breivik was the perpetrator of the largest shooting in history by one man. The 47-year-old then attacked government buildings in Oslo, and then opened fire on members of the Labor Party's youth wing on Utoya island. A total of 77 people died at his hands.
In August 2012, Breivik received the highest penalty possible at that time in Norway. He was sentenced to 21 years in prison. The 47-year-old is isolated in prison, where he stays in a single cell, which, however, is more like a hotel room.
Two of the Norwegian's parole applications have already been rejected. Moreover, the 47-year-old lost two trials against the Norwegian state. In his opinion, the conditions in which he is serving a sentence violate human rights. His lawyer argued that more than 10 years of isolation “without meaningful interaction” had a disastrous effect on Breivik. The attacker is said to have had suicidal thoughts.
