Just 3 days since it was officially introduced to GaziantepMirel Rădoi suffered a defeat due to no-show, 0-3 on his land Eyupspor.
Journalists in Turkey talked about the causes that led to this drastic result. They don't blame the Romanian technician, but Gaziantep's management and players.
“The appointment of Rădoi as the new coach does him no favors”
Turks believe Gaziantep officials made the wrong choice when they recently appointed Mirel Radoi. According to the journalists, the team is going through a period without motivation, and the Romanian coach will not be able to achieve the expected results.
“In Gaziantep, when the players have mentally finished the season, appointing Mirel Rădoi as a new coach with only four games left does him no favors, practically throwing him into the fire. It would have been better if Mustafa Aksoy and his team had finished the season under his management, even if the contract had been signed,” wrote the Turkish journalists.
