Tudor Gheorghe, transported to the hospital, after he got sick and fell, in a hotel in Iași
The artist and composer Tudor Gheorghe, 80 years old, was transported to the Neurosurgery Hospital in Iasi, after an incident that happened on Thursday at a hotel in Iasi, medical and judicial sources confirmed for HotNews.
“On April 23 of this year, the Iași Police Department No. 3 was notified, by calling 112, by a 52-year-old man, regarding the fact that his 80-year-old father, while he was in a hotel in the city of Iași, fell and hit his head,” IPJ Iași reported in a statement.
It is about Tudor Gheorghe, one of the most appreciated Romanian artists, medical sources confirmed for HotNews. The artist got sick at the hotel where he was staying and fell. He was picked up by the ambulance and transported to the Neurosurgery Hospital in Iasi, according to HotNews sources.
“Policemen and a medical team went to the scene, noting that the reported cases are confirmed, the 80-year-old man being transported to a medical unit for treatment”, stated IPJ Iași.
The police continue the checks.
Tudor Gheorghe gave a concert on Monday at the Vasile Alecsandri National Theater in Iași, and on Saturday he was going to have a concert in Bacău.
