The Russian Federation hit a ship traveling along the “grain corridor” to Ukraine


The army of the aggressor country, Russia, fired at a foreign merchant ship sailing in the Black Sea to the Odessa region. This was reported by the Administration of Seaports of Ukraine.

A bulk carrier flying the flag of the state of Saint Kitts and Nevis was en route to one of the Odessa ports. The occupiers attacked it with two drones, the USPA reported.

A fire broke out on board, which was extinguished by the crew, the report said.

The Ministry of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine said that the bulk carrier was heading to Ukraine for a consignment of grain. After the shelling, the navigation system failed.

A boat was sent to escort the vessel; according to preliminary data, no one was injured.
