On Friday, the Israeli prime minister released his annual medical report, stating that he had requested it be postponed by two months, “not to be made public in the midst of war so that the Iranian terrorist regime cannot spread even more false propaganda against Israel.”

On this occasion, Netanyahu specifies, in a post on X, that it is “in excellent physical shape” and that “he had a minor problem with his prostate, which was completely treated.”

He adds that after a prostate surgery done a year and a half ago, doctors recently discovered a very early form of cancer without metastases.

He chose to undergo treatment, which completely eliminated the problem.

Benjamin Netanyahu underwent prostate surgery in 2024, after he was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection, following a benign hypertrophy of the prostate, writes News.ro.

In 2023, he was implanted with a pacemaker after doctors detected a “temporary arrhythmia”. A week before, he had been hospitalized overnight due to dehydration.

The center then decided to put a subcutaneous holter on him to continue monitoring him during cardiac examinations, Professor Amit Segev, head of the cardiology department at Sheba Hospital, revealed last week.
