These are the fuel prices at stations now. The north and south of Poland are the cheapest

Average nationwide fuel prices are currently at PLN 5.95 per liter of 95 petrol and PLN 6.75 per liter of diesel.

The situation for users of cars with LPG installations is slightly less optimistic – autogas remains at a high level for the third week in a row, costing on average PLN 3.84 per liter
Where to refuel cheapest?
Voivodeships are currently the leaders in savings Pomeranian and Silesian. In Pomerania, drivers pay on average PLN 95 for petrol PLN 5.91the lowest price of diesel oil was also recorded there (PLN 6.73/l). In turn, in Upper Silesia, autogas fans will spend the least – a liter of blue fuel costs there on average PLN 3.77.
At the opposite extreme were the Łódź Voivodeship with the most expensive gasoline (PLN 5.96/l) and the Opole region. In the latter region, diesel and LPG achieved the highest average levels, respectively PLN 6.86 and PLN 3.86. The same rates for autogas also apply in Lower Silesia.

Tax shield only until the end of April
It is worth remembering that current prices are maintained thanks to preferential tax rates. The reduction regulations are in force until April 30 VAT on fuel from 23 to 8 percent. and reducing excise duty.
Thanks to these regulations, excise duty is now lower by 29 gr per liter of gasoline i 28 gr per liter of diesel, reaching the lowest level permitted in the European Union. Decisions regarding the possible extension of these reliefs will be crucial for Poles' wallets in the coming month.
