Several options for interim appointments are being analyzed at the Government level, in the context in which the PSD ministers are expected to submit their resignations today at 2:00 p.m., according to some political sources. It is the first formula discussed in the Executive to ensure the continuity of the activity after the withdrawal of the social democrats.

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan could temporarily take over the portfolio of the Ministry of Transport, according to sources.
Other options taken into account concern the redistribution of duties between the current members of the Cabinet.
Thus, Dragoș Pîslaru, the Minister of European Funds, could provide the interim at the Ministry of Labour, while Cseke Attila, current Minister of Development, would temporarily take over the Ministry of Health.
At Justice, the interim could be provided by Cătălin Predoiu, the current Minister of the Interior.
Two names are being circulated for the Ministry of Agriculture – Diana Buzoianu or Tánczos Barna – while Radu Miruță, the Minister of Defense, could be assigned to Energy.
