In Zheleznogorsk, police are investigating the circumstances of an accident involving a bus. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region.
The accident occurred on the morning of April 23 near house No. 26zh on Zagorodnaya Street. According to preliminary data, the bus, owned by an individual entrepreneur, was moving towards checkpoint No. 4. While going uphill, the 60-year-old driver lost control, drove off the road and crashed into a tree.

As a result of the incident, eight passengers and the driver himself were injured. However, the passengers were not wearing seat belts. All victims were taken to a medical facility.
Traffic police officers are currently working on the scene. The circumstances of the accident are being clarified.
