Russia accuses the Baltic countries and Poland. The Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs reacts

During the Diplomatic Forum in Antalya, Turkey, Lavrov expressed the opinion that “the Baltic states and Poland are openly offering their airspace to Ukrainian drones – or those provided (to Ukraine) by NATO members – to attack northern Russia.”
“Latvia consistently rejects these claims as completely baseless,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Riga said in a statement.
The Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recalled that the Baltic countries, earlier in April and at the end of March, firmly denied that they had ever granted Ukraine permission to use their airspace to conduct drone attacks on facilities in Russia.
In a joint declaration of April 10, the foreign ministers of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia described Russia's statements as a “disinformation campaign.”
Accusations from Russia that the Baltic countries have made their territory available to Ukrainian forces for attacks have intensified after intensive drone strikes on Russian ports and oil terminals in the eastern part of the Gulf of Finland since late March. Several UAVs then veered off course and fell into the territories of the Baltic countries, as well as in southern Finland.
