In Krasnoyarsk, they are completing the inspection of guaranteed roads, work on which was carried out as part of national projects in 2021-2024.
As told by the acting Deputy Head of Production of UDBI Roman Oparin, total in the current year 230 objects are under guarantee; after their inspection, 120 received comments. Were compiled acts with all identified defects, with contractors are working to eliminate them within the prescribed period.
The day before, specialists examined the road on Mate Zalki Street, which was repaired by SSK LLC in 2024. In two areas, the curb stones were replaced, new asphalt was laid, and the parking bays were restored to standard condition. But the inspectors found that at the turn from Komsomolsky Avenue to Mate Zalki Street, holes 7-8 cm deep appeared, which did not exist a year ago. Currently, motorists are forced to turn along one of two existing lanes. They also found smaller potholes, localized asphalt spalling and destruction along the seam.
The shortcomings identified on Mate Zalki Street are promised to be corrected by May 15.
“The quality of work performed can be influenced by many factors – from vehicle load to weather conditions. It is initially not profitable for contractors to make bad repairs, because over the next 5 years all defects will have to be eliminated at their own expense. Our company values its reputation, so everything will be done on time. We will begin work as soon as the weather permits,” said Sergei Martynov, general director of SSK LLC.
