“Walk, look around. You, bald, first of all.” Ukrainian prankster attended a closed meeting on UAVs in the Russian Federation

According to the blogger, the topic of discussion was the localization of drone production in Russia. However, the content of the conversations indicates the complete failure of the Russian “import substitution” program.

At an allegedly closed meeting, Russian officials admitted that without Chinese components (engines, electronics and even plastic), “nothing flies.” Such Russian companies as Albatross, Geoscan and Ufimets came under attack, from which the Russian authorities demand an impossible level of localization.

Volnov also named the specific names of the meeting participants – Serdyuk, Plotnikov and Abdulov, noting that their data and hidden information from the State Information System of Industry of the Russian Federation (GISP) is now available to the Ukrainian side.

In the video published by the blogger, you can hear how the prankster suddenly joins the meeting and addresses those present. A man with a bald head probably asks the moderator to turn off Volnov.
“Your f…cks are all off, so, gentlemen, go and look around. Yes, yes, you, bald, first of all,” said the prankster.

ASTRA claims that it has identified the participants in the video call who were recorded. The main addressee of Volnov’s appeal was the head of the Department of Unmanned Systems and Robotics of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Alexey Serdyuk.

Also identified in the recording, according to media reports, are Alexander Plotnikov, an employee of the specialized department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade for drones, the curator of interaction between UAV manufacturers with the Russian Ministry of Defense and Putin’s “Popular Front” Daniil Abulov, and the director for asset protection of the ANO “Center for Unmanned Systems and Technologies” Aisen Nesterov.

In addition, the personal contacts of department employees Alexander Lysenko, Andrei Titov and Andrei Sukharev were leaked into the network. ASTRA journalists confirmed the authenticity of their phone numbers and connections with enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.

“Soon you will need “state support” not for new workshops, but to somehow save your asses. This is just the beginning, nits. Then it will be much more interesting. Surprises may appear completely unexpectedly,” Volnov concluded.
