In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Personnel+personnel project was started to attract new specialists to the schools of the region and support existing teachers.

So, in addition to the main salary at the school, teachers offer a monthly payment of up to 50 thousand rubles, as well as lifting for those who wanted to move to the cities of the region. In addition, teachers can receive help for adaptation in a new school, methodological developments and vocational training.
Now more than 50 schools are looking for teachers of accurate and natural sciences, such as mathematics, physics, computer science, chemistry and biology, but other subject areas are considered.
The project is implemented with the support of the work centers “Work of Russia”. At the first stage, “Teacher+” covers seven subjects of the country: Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk and Kemerovo regions, Khakassia, Komi, Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod regions.
The main goal of the program: improving the quality of school education by attracting and retaining qualified personnel, as well as creating conditions for their continuous development.
