Iran threatens to destroy the oil production of neighboring countries in case of an attack launched from their territory

“Our neighbors to the south must know that if their territory and facilities are put at the service of enemies to attack the Iranian nation, they can say goodbye to oil production in the Middle East,” warned the commander of the Aerospace Force of the Guards Corps, Majid Moussavi, quoted by the Fars agency, News writes.

During the war, triggered on February 28 by the Israeli-American attacks, Iran launched multiple attacks against the Gulf monarchies, accused of helping the United States.

The second round of peace talks, due to take place in Islamabad these days, is uncertain amid tensions over the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz and mutual accusations of ceasefire violations.

US Vice President JD Vance was expected to leave for Pakistan on Tuesday morning, but is still in Washington for consultations, CNN reports.

US President Donald Trump also accused Iran of violating the truce just 24 hours before its expiration and the possible resumption of hostilities.
