The draft media law under the microscope of Council of Europe experts. "This may be dangerous for freedom of speech"

Council of Europe experts submitted their comments on the draft media law. The opinion was issued at the request of the Journalists' Society. Representatives of the European Council pointed out that the situation in which the National Broadcasting Council “will allocate financial resources, licenses, assess the state of pluralism and supervise ethics may be dangerous for freedom of speech.”
