In Krasnoyarsk, military investigators together with police and military commissariat officers conducted a raid to check migrants.

According to the military investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for the Krasnoyarsk garrison, during the raid hostels where migrants live, including those who had already received Russian citizenship but were not registered with the military, were checked.

“Out of all the people checked, four Russian citizens were identified who did not have marks for military registration. Employees of the military commissariat had a conversation with them, and they also received summonses for military registration,” the department noted.

Law enforcement officials added that raids to identify citizens who have received Russian citizenship but have not registered for military service, will be held regularly.
