Young Krasnoyarsk residents and their parents were reminded of the children's helpline

12 February 17:15
From February 9 to 15, the Krasnoyarsk Territory is hosting a week of information about the work of the children's helpline. This was reported by the regional Ministry of Social Policy.
The children's helpline service operates around the clock and is part of the national project “Family”. Psychologists help not only children, but also adults in resolving intra-family conflicts. Dial a number 8 (800) 200-01-22 or short number 124 can be accessed from any phone and from anywhere in the country – it’s absolutely free.
Everything is anonymous: the caller does not need to introduce himself, the call is not recorded, and the content of the conversation is not passed on to third parties.
“The children's helpline is a lifeline for those who find themselves in difficult situations. Whether it’s problems at school, conflicts with parents or peers, worries about the future – any question can be entrusted to a psychologist. Here they help to understand feelings and find a way out,” said Minister of Social Policy of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Irina Pastukhova.
As part of the awareness week, thematic lessons, drawing competitions, quests and quizzes are held in schools, social centers and institutions of the region. Their goal is to make information about available help as widespread as possible.
Detailed information about the operation of the children's helpline can be found on the website.
