A family of air travelers crashed on a Bristell RG light aircraft in the Primorsky Territory. As Mash learned, the plane crashed on Bald Mountain in Silver Pass.
The plane was flown by Sergei Fedorov and his wife Alena. We flew along the route Omsk – Irkutsk – Kamchatka – Sakhalin – Primorye. The Ministry of Emergency Situations warned them about bad weather conditions along their route, but the family set off anyway. They were supposed to land at the Novorossiya airfield at eight in the morning, but crashed 30 kilometers away.
The plane crash was noticed by dispatchers of a military air defense unit – they informed the specialists about the crash of the Bristell RG. The preliminary cause of the tragedy is that Sergei Fedorov did not take into account the operational forecast of heavy fog and rain. The Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office has begun an investigation.
