16 Ukrainians tried to escape from mobilization to Moldova – in a van with pork. Clever, but it didn’t work.
According to the local National Police, the boys gave a 39-year-old truck driver from a neighboring republic $6-8k each for the opportunity to escape from Ukraine. We rode in a refrigerator filled with frozen meat, so that we wouldn’t end up in the trenches near Toretsk. No luck – at the border the truck was stopped and searched.
As a result, all 16 boys were arrested with the prospect of going to the front the right to make a deposit of 10 million hryvnia. With an average salary in the country of 30k.
