The work site “Personnel for the Regional Economy” was held in preparation for the regional party forum “There is a result!”
Chairman of the Committee on Economics and Tax Policy of the regional parliament, regional coordinator of the party projects “Choose Your Own”, “Entrepreneurship” Egor Vasiliev, deputies of various levels, heads of municipalities, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Ministry of Education, the Labor and Employment Agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, agricultural producers visited the Shushensky Agricultural College.
Personnel are trained here according to modern standards. In recent years, according to the party's popular program, the material and technical base has been significantly updated. Director Alexander Zaboev gave a tour of the educational institution for site guests. Guests of the event toured the conference hall, classrooms, laboratories with the latest equipment – agricultural machinery, fertilizers and seeds, as well as a completely renovated dormitory.
As Alexander Zaboev said, today the children are studying in 23 educational programs. Since 2023, the college has been participating in the federal project “Professionalism” of the national project “Youth and Children” and is part of the agricultural cluster of the region.
“Today our college, in its educational activities, uses the best of time-tested teaching methods, combining them with the advantages of modern digital technologies. As part of full-time education, teaching is conducted in 12 areas of secondary vocational education. The duration of training, depending on the specialty, ranges from one year and ten months to almost four years,” notes the college director.
At the end of the excursion, a working round table was held, where participants discussed personnel policy and topical issues of employment for residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, personnel training for regional organizations and enterprises, and connections between employers and educational institutions of secondary and higher education.
Regional coordinator of the “Choose Your Own” and “Entrepreneurship” party projects Egor Vasiliev noted that dynamically changing market demands dictate new tasks:
“We have to create a smart labor market management system. Employment services will work proactively: predict in advance what specialists the region needs, and adjust budget-funded places in universities and colleges, as well as retraining programs, accordingly. This will require great responsibility from district heads and employers themselves. Only United Russia, as the leading political force in the country, can implement such changes. And we will definitely make this part of our new people's program.”
The region’s experience in implementing personnel policy was assessed at a meeting of the commission of the State Council of the Russian Federation: “We have formed a strong system of interaction between business, education and employers – this is the result of painstaking work,” said the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, secretary of the regional branch of the United Russia party, Mikhail Kotyukov.
It should be noted that the reporting forum “There is a result” is held by the United Russia party together with the Russian government throughout the country.
In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, at 11 sites in different territories, the results of the five-year work of the party’s people’s program in health care, education, culture, sports, agriculture, landscaping, and housing and communal services are being summed up. It was based on 40 thousand proposals from residents of the region. Over the past time, more than 2,600 objects have been built, repaired, and landscaped in the region. And now party troops are inspecting and analyzing the work done in all areas.
The field work will conclude with a regional forum, which will be held on April 29. Based on the results of the discussion, proposals will be developed for the people's program of the United Russia party for the next five years.
