In stores in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, customers can confirm their preferential status through MAX

A new opportunity has appeared in the MAX messenger – now citizens with many children, pensioners, students and people with disabilities can confirm their preferential status in a store using a smartphone, without presenting paper documents.

To do this, in the national messenger you need to go to the “Digital ID” section and agree to the transfer of data from the “State Services” application. Afterwards, all preferential statuses will be updated automatically. At the time of purchase, just select the desired status – a dynamic QR code will appear on the screen, which the seller reads through the cash register or “Government Services” using the “Goskan” function.

“The whole procedure takes a few seconds, and the buyer’s personal data remains hidden. From September 1, 2026, all stores in the Krasnoyarsk Territory that provide benefits and discounts to families with many children, pensioners, students and the disabled will be required to accept confirmation of status through the MAX messenger. At the same time, paper IDs remain valid – digital ID becomes a convenient additional option, working on the principle of “The State for the People,” said the regional Ministry of Industry and Trade.
