A lover of beautiful photos on Bangram flipped a 25 million helicopter on its side – the pilot just wanted a gorgeous selfie on a hill near the Kamchatka volcano. During landing, the blades broke – it is now unclear how to transport the helicopter from the mountain.
The owner and pilot of the Robinson R44 Raven 2 light helicopter, Oleg K., was performing a technical flight and landed next to the Maly Semyachik volcano. According to him, he was flying past a hill and decided to take a photo against the backdrop of a picturesque lake in the crater of an extinct volcano. Therefore, he made an unscheduled landing. There were no passengers in the helicopter, and the pilot himself was not injured.
The Federal Air Transport Agency flew to the scene, and the transport prosecutor's office became interested in the incident.
