In the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, an accident occurred involving a teenager who was driving a homemade device with an electric motor.
According to the traffic police, while driving, a 16-year-old boy allowed a makeshift vehicle to overturn.
As a result, the student was injured and required medical attention.
The traffic police warn that riding homemade vehicles, as well as devices not intended for driving on public roads, can be deadly:
“Homemade vehicles are not certified and do not comply with technical regulations; they lack the necessary control and safety systems. Parents should control the leisure time of children and adolescents and prevent dangerous entertainment that can lead to dire consequences.”
