In Achinsk, a schoolboy decided to give his friend a ride on his dad’s motorcycle and got caught by the police (video)

In Achinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors stopped a dangerous trip by two minor motorcyclists. The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region spoke about this.

While on patrol, the inspectors' attention was drawn to a Kayo motorcycle. The traffic police used a loud-speaking alarm system and demanded to stop the vehicle, but the motorcycle driver ignored the law enforcement officers and tried to escape.

During the pursuit, the pit biker moved at high speed and repeatedly violated the rules, endangering his life and the life of his passenger, as well as other road users.

“After stopping the vehicle, state traffic inspectors established that a 14-year-old teenager who did not have a driving license was driving a cross-country motorcycle, and was carrying a 12-year-old boy without a motorcycle helmet as a passenger,” the police said.

Law enforcement officers found out that the sports motorcycle belongs to the father of the boy driver and the parent allows his son to ride it. The child was removed from control, and the motorcycle was sent to a special parking lot.

An administrative document was drawn up against the teenager's father for transferring control of a vehicle to a person who obviously does not have the right to drive. The fine for this administrative offense will be 30 thousand rubles.

In addition, regarding the parents of both boys, materials were collected under Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of duties in raising minor children and were transferred to the juvenile affairs unit.
