In Krasnoyarsk, starting from April 15, two new carriers will operate on bus route No. 98 “LDK – JSC Rusal”. The mayor announced this on his social networks.

The reason for this decision was complaints from passengers about the work of IP Gnetov.

“I have received complaints regarding the unstable operation of one of the most popular routes, which connects densely populated neighborhoods, since the beginning of the year. The previous contractor clearly couldn’t cope with servicing this area,” said Sergei Vereshchagin.

Based on the results of the competition, contracts for servicing route No. 98 were concluded with IP Ilyushenko and Sirena LLC.

Under the new conditions, not only middle-class, but also large-class buses will operate on the line, including during rush hour. The total number of vehicles will be 12 units, the city head said. He also instructed the Department of Transport to monitor how new carriers will comply with rolling stock production schedules and schedules.
