Emergency threat mode introduced on Krasnoyarsk Semafornaya street, where the day before as a result of an accident on a sewer pipe A section of a large diameter road collapsed.

“The incident that occurred is the most difficult in the practice of our experienced specialists in recent years. We are talking about the largest collector, which collects the bulk of sewage from three districts of the right bank: from Sverdlovsk in full, from Leninsky and Kirov – partially. This is about 2 thousand residential buildings and facilities,” writes the mayor of the city, Sergei Vereshchagin, on social networks.
Specialists have created a temporary bypass line and are removing soil. The supply of water to consumers does not stop, so the flow of wastewater is constantly pumped out.
The old pipeline needs to be replaced. Previously, modern analogues are only available at enterprises outside the Urals, which lengthens the time required to eliminate the accident.
The passage through the Semafornaya section in the area of the Michurinsky Bridge is completely blocked. Drivers are asked to take alternative routes. The emergency threat mode will allow resource specialists to mobilize forces and means to eliminate the consequences.
