VIDEO Strong fire on Easter day at the Bistrita Monastery in Vâlcea

Military firefighters intervene on Sunday morning to extinguish a fire that broke out on the roof of some cells of the Bistriţa Monastery, Vâlcea county. So far, no victims have been reported, announces ISU Vâlcea.
According to the ISU, the fire is widespread in the roof of a cell, on an area of approximately 800 square meters, with the risk of spreading to the entire building, estimated at approximately 1,000 square meters, as well as to neighboring cells.
“6 special fire trucks from ISU Vâlcea, 3 from ISU Gorj and 1 from ISU Argeș, a special vehicle for interventions at height, a special first intervention and command vehicle, as well as a SAJ ambulance were mobilized to the scene,” states the ISU.
Firefighters act to locate and extinguish the fire and make efforts to prevent the flames from spreading to the rest of the buildings.
The intervention is dynamic.
