VIDEO A man entered the restricted area of an airport and started hitting the US C-130 Hercules plane

A 40-year-old man was arrested on Saturday after he managed to break into a restricted area of an airport in Ireland and damaged a US military aircraft. The entire moment was filmed, reports The Guardian.
The incident happened at Shannon Airport, in County Clare, south-west Ireland, and was caught on video by witnesses.
The man climbed onto the wing of the US Air Force C-130 Hercules military transport plane parked on the runway and began hitting it.
The Garda Síochána, airport police officers, the fire service and members of the defense force on duty at the airport quickly intervened, restrained him and then detained him for property damage.
Airport operations were temporarily suspended after the incident. Two departing flights were delayed, while an aircraft arriving from Lourdes, France, had to wait in the air until the situation was cleared.
