The Swedes stopped the ship in the Baltic Sea. It sailed from Russia. That was the reason

The bulk carrier Hui Yuan was sailing from Russia to the port of Las Palmas in Spain. The announcement stated that the 225-meter-long ship was seized on Sunday morning south of the port city of Ystad.
The reason for the intervention was the observation on Saturday by the crew of a Coast Guard plane of flushing coal remains into the sea, which constitutes a violation of the environmental protection code. The latest information provided by the Swedish services shows that the captain of the bulk carrier admitted to violating the regulations and paid a fine. “Therefore, the ship may leave Sweden,” we read.
The Swedes are increasingly detaining Russian ships
The Swedish government has increased the powers of the Coast Guard to more effectively combat the ships of the Russian shadow fleet. At the beginning of April, Swedish services detained the Flora 1 tanker near Ystad, suspected of causing an oil spill east of Gotland.
In March, the ship Caffa and the tanker Sea Owl 1 were detained near Trelleborg, whose captains, Russians, are suspected of using a false flag. The men were arrested. Previously, inspections took place mainly in Swedish ports, not at sea.
