This trend is part of a broader recruitment revival, with one important caveat: many vacancies are opening up again, but primarily for experienced and highly qualified specialists. Companies are more selective in selecting candidates, the bar is set higher, which translates into longer recruitment processes – lasting for months instead of weeks,” it was written.

The number of advertisements with salary ranges increased by 1 percentage point.
