“Venezuela condemns and rejects the theft and hijacking of another private oil transport vessel, as well as the forcible disappearance of its crew by United States military personnel in international waters,” the statement said.

In a telephone interview with NBC News on Thursday (Friday in Poland), US President Donald Trump said that he did not rule out the possibility of war with Venezuela. Trump added that there would be more tanker seizures.
Last week, American forces also seized a sanctioned tanker off the coast of Venezuela and announced the confiscation of the transported oil, the value of which is estimated at approximately $80 million.
The United States has accused Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro of running a drug cartel and for several weeks has been attacking boats that – according to American services – are transporting drugs to the United States.
