The 3rd stage of the second league play-out was played on Friday, April 10, with all eight games taking place simultaneously, starting at 11:00. The round brought two important surprises, but also many tie results.

Surprises of the stage: wins for the visitors

FC Bacău lost at home against Olimpia Satu Mare, score 1-3. The guests scored through Vida, from the penalty, and Hosu's double, thus ticking off their second consecutive victory.

Another unexpected result was recorded in Bistrița, where CS Dinamo București won 2-0 against Gloria. The “red dogs” solved the game with the goals scored by Anghel and Enache.

Draws on the line in half of the matches

Four of the eight games ended in a draw:
Concordia Chiajna – CS Tunari 1-1
CS Afumati – CSM Resita 1-1
CSC Dumbrăvița – CSC Şelimbăr 0-0
CSM Slatina – Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț 1-1

In the other two games, Metalul Buzău won 1-0 against those from Muscelul Câmpulung, while ASA Târgu Mureș also won 1-0, away, against those from Politehnica Iași

The situation in the ranking of the two groups

After this stage, the fight to avoid relegation remains extremely tight. In the directly retrogradable area are:

Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț and CSC Șelimbăr are located on the dam sites, the formation from Piatra Neamț being at a considerable distance from the rescue sites.
