Changes in stor.agency attracted the market's attention after Robert Lewandowski withdrew from the group of shareholders. As reported by “Puls Biznesu”, the sale of shares was symbolic, and before it was carried out, the company was recapitalized, which allowed it to repay creditors.

At the same time, organizational changes took place. The company currently operates under the name stor.agency and operates in a new ownership structure, in which control has been taken over by the management board.

According to the information obtained by Bankier.pl, the transaction was of a related nature. The company's management board sold a block of shares in another company to Robert Lewandowski. The current change means a return to a model in which people associated with the company from the beginning are responsible for operations, brand building and creative direction. At the same time, maintaining operational continuity was emphasized – both in the area of customer service and project implementation.

– The last few months have been a demanding and challenging period for the management board. We treat this time as an important lesson from which we draw specific conclusions for the future to strengthen the stability and further development of the company on the advertising market, says Anna Zielińska, shareholder of the company.

The advertising agency indicates that the funds obtained as part of the recapitalization were intended to settle outstanding liabilities. At the same time, customer relationships have been maintained and project implementation continues.

Stor.agency operates in the field of marketing communications, advertising production and influencer marketing. According to information provided by the company, the portfolio of new orders is currently being rebuilt, including projects obtained in tender processes.

– We are fully aware that in business you constantly have to be ready for changes, and in the advertising industry the pace of change has recently significantly accelerated. We are prepared for a new chapter tailored to the current needs of our customers and the dynamic development of our business. – emphasizes Maciej Dutkowski, shareholder of the company.

The takeover of the company by the management board also means a change in the approach to responsibility for its further operation.

– We made an extremely brave decision to take ownership of the company. Perhaps the bravest one in my life, but we believe in the success of this mission – adds Anna Zielińska.

One of our key assets remains the team and experience gained in implementing several hundred campaigns for clients in Poland and abroad – emphasizes Agnieszka Zielińska, shareholder of the company.

The coming months will be important from the point of view of the continued operation of stor.agency – in particular in the context of rebuilding the order portfolio and stabilizing the business after ownership changes.
