In Achinsk, a medical center demanded a fee from the client for documents for tax deductions

10 April 12:52

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a medical center received a warning from Rospotrebnadzor for wanting to collect a fee from a client for a package of documents for a tax deduction.

The press service said that a resident of Achinsk applied to the private medical center “GorZdravMed” for a certificate to replace her driver’s license. The service cost 2800 rubles.

The woman decided to immediately obtain the documents necessary to submit to the tax office for deduction: an agreement for the provision of paid medical services, a check and a certificate for the tax office. But the center staff offered her to pay another 10% of the amount already paid for this package of documents.

Rospotrebnadzor explained that doctors violated the rules for the provision of paid medical services approved by the Russian government. They clearly state that the woman must be given all these documents without any additional payment.

The Rospotrebnadzor Office issued a warning to the GorZdravMed medical center about the inadmissibility of violating mandatory legal requirements.
