The incident occurred in March 2025. During a class at the fitness center, the safety rope broke and the child fell from the hammock, suffering a closed arm fracture. The victim had to undergo many medical procedures, and she has a long rehabilitation ahead after surgery.
The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit, indicating that the injury was possible due to the fact that the owner of the gym did not ensure safety when performing exercises.
The Tomsk District Court satisfied the requirements of the supervisory authority. The money was recovered in favor of the injured girl.
