“SM.CITY” is building a new business-class house in Krasnoyarsk (video)

This year, the SM.CITY company will commission a new house in the OKTA city quarter. It is being built in the center of the Oktyabrsky district of Krasnoyarsk, in Televizorny Lane, not far from Vysotnaya Street and the district administration building.

The name “OKTA” is directly related to the Oktyabrsky district, which today is considered one of the most promising areas for residential development. A digital “smart home” system is also provided – residents can control access to the house and parking, control the water supply and pay for utilities through the SM.CITY mobile application.

Currently, one-, two- and three-room apartments ranging from 40 to 83 square meters are available in the city quarter, prices start from 8.3 million rubles. Purchasing is also possible with a family mortgage in Sberbank. You can choose an apartment in the OKTA city project on the developer’s website and at the sales office on the street.
