Ingredients:
- 1 kg of strawberries;
- 10 g of pectin;
- 10 ml of lemon juice.
Cooking
- Wash the strawberries and remove the tails.
- Put the berries into a pan with a thick bottom and put on the fire. When you bring to a boil, reduce the fire to the minimum and cook for five minutes.
- Add pectin to strawberries and mix well. Add lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
- Sustain three half-liter jars and boil the lids.
- Pour hot jam into warm jars and tightly tighten the lids. Turn the jars and leave until complete cooling.
