It is very simple to cook strawberry jam without sugar at home: you will need only a few high -quality ingredients, a little patience so that you can’t eat everything at once,” the site says.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of strawberries;
  • 10 g of pectin;
  • 10 ml of lemon juice.

Cooking

  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the tails.
  2. Put the berries into a pan with a thick bottom and put on the fire. When you bring to a boil, reduce the fire to the minimum and cook for five minutes.
  3. Add pectin to strawberries and mix well. Add lemon juice and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring.
  4. Sustain three half-liter jars and boil the lids.
  5. Pour hot jam into warm jars and tightly tighten the lids. Turn the jars and leave until complete cooling.
