The Russian team won gold at the International Olympiad in Artificial Intelligence in Bulgaria. And the day before, the smart girls were greeted in Moscow with flowers, cameras and applause.
Meet Nikita Kurlaev, Andrey Gritsaev, Andrey Gromyko, Anastasia Gainullina. The guys won the scientific round of the competition and took first place. In the practical stage – the second. Result: gold based on total points.
In the finals they met with schoolchildren from 39 countries. In the first round, we solved three problems simulating AI research. Two out of three solutions ultimately surpassed the author's version. In the second round, teenagers developed and experimented with the behavior of artificial intelligence software.
The Central University (CU), created with the support of T-Bank and other leading companies, was responsible for training young minds.
