Rex Concepts is preparing its debut on the stock exchange. This is the operator of Popeyes and Burger King

“Preparations for the stock exchange debut are an important step for us. Thanks to the team's experience and effective business model, in less than four years, we have achieved 159 of our own restaurants, and in total we manage over 250 premises” – explains Olgierd Danielewicz, president of Rex Concepts, quoted in the company's announcement.
“We believe that conducting a public offering and the company's debut on the Stock Exchange will allow us to effectively use the opportunities offered by the public market and implement ambitious plans including the expansion of the Popeyes and Burger King chains to approximately 850 restaurants, including over 700 own restaurants by 2032. – emphasizes Danielewicz.
Dynamic growth and ambitious goals of Rex Concepts
Rex Concepts, as the company informs in a press release, focuses on organic development, opening new premises in Poland, the Czech Republic and Romania, as well as planning expansion to other markets in Central Europe.

In 2025 the company managed 159 restaurants, including 65 Popeyes and 94 Burger King restaurants. In the same year, 59 new restaurants were opened, including 23 in Poland, 16 in the Czech Republic and 20 in Romania.
Approximately 70 new premises are scheduled to open in 2026, of which the first 12 have already been launched in the first quarter of the year. The group's strategy also assumes the introduction of new brands and formats as well as consolidation activities on the market.
In 2025, the company recorded an increase in revenues by 66%. year on year, reaching PLN 594.6 million, and the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 43.4 million, which is a significant improvement compared to PLN 6,000. PLN a year earlier.

“These numbers confirm the high quality of the group's management and the scalability of the business model,” says Henry McGovern, chairman of the supervisory board of Rex Concepts and co-founder of McWin Capital Partners, who emphasizes that the debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange is intended to strengthen the company's position on the market and provide financing for further development. “Team, brand and scale are key elements of success, and Rex Concepts has all of these assets,” notes McGovern.
