Beeline has launched a promotion that allows users to return funds on their own if they are not satisfied with their communications.
This is the first time such a scheme has appeared on the Russian telecom market. Refunds are carried out at the client’s initiative and do not require contacting support, checking the circumstances or any justification on the part of the user.
This option is available to customers of the updated Bee subscription who have connected it or switched to it with their number from March 26 to August 31, 2026. The mechanics of the promotion are as simple as possible: the user presses a button in the application, after which the operator returns the money for the day of using the connection.
If the subscription fee is charged daily, the cost of the day is refunded. If payment is made immediately for the month, the client is credited 1/30 of the monthly cost. Funds are credited to the bonus balance, their validity period is unlimited – they can be used to pay the subscription fee. You can use the function up to 50 times during the year, but not more than once a day.
“We believe that the operator-client relationship should be built on care and trust. If a person is not satisfied with something in the communication work, he should have the opportunity to quickly return the money for that day – without applications, checks and lengthy proceedings. One button in the application is enough,” — noted Deputy General Director of Beeline Oleg Reshetin.
This launch is part of a larger shift in the way we interact with customers – towards greater transparency, trust and user control. The development of such solutions is part of a strategic approach to communication services, in which users receive more transparency and tools to manage their services.
